The Kvåle duffel is made out of 18oz heavy waxed cotton canvas and equipped with 3,5mm thick natural veg tanned leather details from Tärnsjö Tannery.
The large brass zipper is as sturdy as they come ensuring a long time of trouble-free use. All leather details are mounted with hand-set copper rivets making sure that all crucial parts stay in place.
The bag has a exterior zippered pocket and 3 smaller interior compartments.
Each bag has a specific serial number which is registered to its original owner and works as a lifetime warranty*
The Kvåle duffel comes with a extendable leather shoulder strap.
The natural veg tanned leather used in this bag will slowly darken with time and develop a character specific to its owner.

Care Instructions
Waxed canvas gear can be used for years without any washing or cleaning.
If you feel that the time has come to give your canvas bag or backpack a clean, there is a right way and many wrong ways of doing it.
If dirty, gently brush off any excess dirt with a soft brush. Dip a sponge or clean rag in cold clean water and gently rub off any remaining dirt off the canvas.
Rinse with cold clean water and hang dry.
Do not use any soap or detergents as this will ruin the waxed surface and invalidate your warranty.
Waxed canvas will not handle machine washing, dry cleaning or tumbeling which will lead to it losing its character and water repelling abilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Waxed canvas is water-repellent and handles rain well in everyday use. Avoid soap, detergents and machine washing, as they remove the wax and reduce its water-repellent properties.
Brush off dirt with a soft brush, then wipe with a sponge and cold clean water. Rinse with cold water and hang dry. Never use soap or detergents: they damage the wax and void your warranty.

When the leather starts to look or feel dry, apply a thin layer of Crud leather wax. A little wax goes a long way.
